1 - Account
- How do I create an account on Dimitri's Coffee?
- From the home page, click "Sign in" at the top of the page next to the cart icon, then choose "Sign up". Fill in your name, email, mobile number and password, then click "Join now".
- How do I shop on Dimitri's Coffee?
- Once you have an account, browse our coffees and equipment and click "Add to cart" on the items you'd like. When you're ready, open the cart from the header to checkout, add your delivery address, choose your payment method (cash on delivery or credit card), confirm the order, and you'll receive an order ID.
- How do I use a coupon?
- On the checkout page you'll see "Do you have a voucher/coupon?". Enter the code in the box and click "Add" to apply it.
- The coupon didn't reduce my order total — why?
- Coupons apply only to products that aren't already discounted. Items that already have a website discount are excluded.
- I forgot my password — what should I do?
- Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and enter your email; you'll receive a link to reset your password. You can also reach our customer care team if you need help.
- How do I change my email address?
- Go to the "My Account" page, edit your email by deleting the old address and entering the new one, then click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm the change.
- How do subscriptions work?
- On products that you enjoy regularly — like your favourite coffee beans — you'll see a "Subscribe & save" option. Choose the quantity and the schedule that suits you, click "Subscribe now" and continue to checkout as usual. You'll receive a discount on every recurring order.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- You can cancel a subscription at any time, free of charge. From your account, click "Subscription", then click "Cancel" next to the product you'd like to stop.
- How do I update my phone number?
- You can update your phone number on a specific order's delivery address, or change it permanently from "My Account" by editing the phone number and clicking "Save".
2 - Products
- How do I find the coffee I'm looking for?
- Use the search bar at the top of the page, or browse the catalogue. You can filter the results by category, origin, roast level, brewing method and price, and sort by popularity, price, rating, or newest arrivals.
- Where does your coffee come from?
- We source freshly harvested single-origin coffees from the best farms around the world and roast them ourselves in Jordan to the highest specialty-coffee standards. Every batch is tasted before it ships, so you receive coffee at its best.
- Whole bean or ground?
- Coffee is sold whole bean and ground on request as a complimentary service, using an average grind size for standard devices. If you'd like a custom grind for a specific brewing method, just let us know in the order notes.
3 - Orders
- How do I edit my order details (phone, address, items)?
- Please contact our customer care team and they'll handle the change for you, depending on your order's status.
- An item is missing, or I received a damaged or incorrect product. What now?
- We're sorry about that. Please contact our customer care team and we'll make it right.

- Sometimes an order is split into separate shipments — we'll send the available items first and the rest as soon as they're ready, in a separate delivery.
4 - Delivery
- How much is the delivery fee?
- Inside Amman: 2 JOD. Other cities in Jordan: 4 JOD.
- Where do you deliver?
- We deliver across all areas of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
- How can I track my order?
- You can track your order from your account on Dimitri's Coffee. Once it ships, you'll receive a notification. Our customer care team is happy to help any time at +962 79 966 9001 or [email protected].
- When will I receive my order?
- We aim to deliver within 48 to 72 working hours across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Orders may be cancelled before 10am on the scheduled delivery date; same-day orders cannot be cancelled.
5 - Prices and Payment
- How are your prices set?
- We work directly with the world's best coffee farms and roast every bean ourselves in Jordan, which lets us offer specialty-grade coffee at fair prices. Items are subject to Jordanian Government sales taxes.
- How can I pay?
- You can pay using either of the following:

- Yes. All transactions made through our website are protected by an SSL Certificate so you can shop safely.
6 - Reviews
- How do I leave a review on a product?
- Open the product page and scroll to the bottom — you'll find a review box where you can rate the product with stars and share your feedback. If no one has reviewed the product yet, click "Be the first to share your opinion".
7 - Returns
- How do I return a product?
- Contact our customer care team with your order ID and the reason for the return. One of our representatives will confirm the details and start the return process for you.
- What can be returned, and within how long?
- Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for the conditions and time windows for coffee and equipment returns.
- How long does a refund take?
- Refunds are issued onto the original method of payment. For credit-card transactions, processing may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.
