Refund and Returns Policy
Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund in the following situations:
- The wrong product was sent.
- The product was defective.
- The product was damaged upon arrival.
- The product was tampered with.
- For international shipments, damage to the original seal of the products resulting from checks performed by customs authorities is not considered damage or tampering.
Refunds will be made only onto the original method of payment. Processing may require 10 to 45 days for credit card transactions, depending on the issuing bank.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Coffee
- No returns or refunds on ground coffee once processed. Whole bean coffee can be returned within 3 calendar days, available in-person at the roastery or Dimitri's coffee branches only.
- Orders may be cancelled before 10am on the scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled.
- Beans are sold whole and ground upon customer request as a complimentary service, using average grind sizes for standard devices. Custom grind adjustments are available upon request.
- The product is not eligible for refund or return should you experience any issue with grind size.
Equipment
- Seven calendar days for returns from invoice date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received.
- Original receipt required. In-person returns at the roastery or branches only, where items are examined before replacements are issued.
